Mindfulness Day Retreat

These days are an opportunity to reconnect with or deepen your ongoing practice. Practising with others supports our intentions and provides a nourishing way to reconnect with ourselves. Please bring any mats, stools or cushions you use regularly and spare equipment can also be provided. Bring your own blanket and a packed lunch. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. 10-4pm.
